SHIPPING COSTS
Free in the area of the municipality of Peristeri.

For orders over €85 within the entire municipality of Athens, the shipping cost is Free.

For orders outside the municipality of Peristeri and to the rest of the regions, please check the table of charges for each region, which you will find in the Eshop basket.

 

OTHER DELIVERY PROCEDURE CLARIFICATIONS
Deliveries are always made after telephone communication and confirmation with the recipient for the receipt. In case of absence of the recipient, we contact the sender for further information.

Products may vary depending on season and availability. In the event that there are no flowers (or any other product such as a pot, vase, base, etc.) or the color of the flower you selected is sold out, then it will be replaced with a similar item of equal or greater value. If this change significantly changes the image of the product you ordered, our store will contact you to inform you and ask for your consent to process your order.

In the event that the recipient does not accept to receive their flowers, no refund will be made. However, you can pick up your order from our headquarters or after telephone consultation with you, we can deliver it to a new address - charging additional shipping if necessary.

In case the recipient is absent despite the phone consultation that always precedes the delivery time, the order is returned to our store. You are informed by phone and either you pick up the product yourself from our headquarters, or your order is sent again (after a new consultation with the recipient) and you are charged the extra shipping costs that arise.
