Your orders and payment can be made in the following ways:

Deliveries are made after a telephone consultation to verify details and to agree on the delivery process. Also necessary is the sender's phone number and e-mail so that we can also communicate electronically in case something is needed.
Phone orders with your credit card. The card number, the expiry date as well as the security code are required. No financial information about you or your card becomes known to us and no information about your card is stored in any of our files. Your transaction concerns only you and the bank.

No financial information about you or your card becomes known to us and no information about your card is stored in any of our files. Today's transaction concerns only you and the bank. The cards accepted are: AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTER CARD, MAESTRO, DINNERS, MASTER PASS.

All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank's "Alpha e-Commerce" electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
